Human Resources
The Department of Human Resources provides comprehensive personnel management services for all Town employees including administration of all Human Resources programs, maintenance of the Town's pay plan, job descriptions and Administrative Regulations for the Town's regular status employees and numerous temporary and seasonal workers. Additionally, staff is responsible for the coordination and preparation of the Town's annual budget.

Herndon is a dynamic growth area, currently a population of 23,367 with a 42 million dollar budget.
