Where is the Town Attorney's Office and what are the hours? The Town Attorney's Office is located at 730 Elden Street, Herndon, Virginia and is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and otherwise by appointment.
Where is the traffic court that convenes in Herndon? The traffic court that convenes in Herndon is a division of the Fairfax County General District Court and is held at 765 Lynn Street, Herndon, Virginia every Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. on the lower level.
Whom do I speak with concerning a traffic ticket that I received in the Town of Herndon? The Deputy Town Attorney, Manuel A. Capsalis, handles all traffic and criminal misdemeanor cases in the Town of Herndon. Mr. Capaslis's telephone number is 703-358-9620.
Where can I pay my parking or traffic ticket? If you have received a parking ticket (non-moving violation), you may pay the fine at the Herndon Finance Department in the Herndon Municipal Center at 777 Lynn Street, Herndon, Virginia (703-435-6813). If you received a ticket while driving (moving violation), you must pay this fine to the Fairfax County General District Court, Traffic Division, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030 (703-246-3764). Where may I find a notary? Notary services are available in the Town Attorney's office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Notary services are also available at the Herndon Municipal Center between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
