The Town Clerk's office is located at 777 Lynn Street, Suite 114. To contact the Town Clerk's office, email town.clerk@herndon-va.gov or call 703-435-6804. The Town Clerk maintains the minutes of all Town Council meetings, as well as the Town's official records.

To add events to the Community Calendar please submit your request to town.clerk@herndon-va.gov.

To schedule an appointment with the Mayor please submit your request to town.clerk@herndon-va.gov.


Notary Services


The Town Clerk's office provides notary public services between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Please do not sign your document ahead of time and please call our office if you need more than one witness.

Notary services are also available in the Town Attorney's office, located on the main floor of Town Hall, 730 Elden Street, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
