Thank you for your interest in registering for programs with the Herndon Community Center through our online registration format! We hope you will find our secure system easy to use. You can register for our programs at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
On-line Registration for Spring programs continues and Summer program registration is underway.
The Fall brochure will be mailed August 14. Registration begins August 20 for TOH residents and August 26 for non-residents.
To Create a Customer Account:
From the class registration website...
Click on My Account in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Click on Register Now.
Complete all of the required information fields.
Click on Submit.
Click on Continue.
Through this process, you will designate a password, which will be encrypted in our system. You will receive via email a customer ID number that our system generates for you when your account has been approved. Account approvals will be processed during the hours of 8 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days to complete the application process and receive your ID number and password.
To See Your Account Information:
From the class registration website...
Click on My Account.
Enter the customer ID number (not your name) and password you received in your confirmation email.
You may click on the following options:
Family Schedule allows you to view all activities for each person in the family.
Account Detail shows everything that everyone in the family has signed up for or has been placed on a waiting list for.
Payments allows you to view all the payments made.
Change Password allows you to change your password and question.
Change Information allows you to change any personal information that is in the system, such as phone number, address, and birth date.
Change Family Members allows you to add a family member to your account. (Each family member must be listed on the account in order to be registered).
Logoff allows you to log off the site.
To Enroll in a Class:
When you enter the class registration website, there will be activities that are available for online registration.
You can choose any combination of activities by location, category, age, or other criteria by adding them to your shopping cart. If you know the activity number you are interested in, type in the specific number in the box that says "Know the activity number?"
Once you're at the activity detail screen, you can click on "Add to my Cart" to register for the program.
Here you can either choose to check out or click "Show Activities" to continue adding activities.
When you are done, click "Checkout."
At this point, you can change the enrollee (i.e., the child or another family member). Once you are done with all your registrations, click "Continue."
Now you may confirm your purchase and verify all information.
Complete payment by filling in all of the required information. Click "Continue."
You can print out a copy of your registration confirmation
