- Single Family Homes, Town Homes, or any residential use group.
Submit three sets of scaled plans for each house type. Each plan shall include a plumbing riser diagram, electrical details and calculations, mechanical heat loss calculations, mechanical ductwork details, and a gas riser diagram, if applicable. Plans will be considered incomplete if all requested information is not provided and will be disapproved.
Please be aware that any unique design of structural elements including floors, walls, roofs and/or foundations, will require a seal and signature by a Virginia Registered Professional Engineer or Architect, for example, floor truss systems or roof truss systems.
A $75.00 plan review fee is required at submittal time for each house type.
If soil investigation work was performed, two copies of the geotechnical report must be submitted to the Town for review and approval.

Please Note: All site plan and subdivion plans must be approved by the Zoning Department prior to applying for a building permit.
