Scheduling Inspections
To Schedule Inspections, please call Building Inspections between 8am-4:30pm at (703)435-6850 the day before you would like your inspection.
General Inspection Rules and Requirements:
1) Inspection requests shall only be scheduled by the permit holder.
2) Written permission for general contractors to schedule inspections for their subcontractors is required.
3) Inspections you wish to cancel must be done by 9:00am the day of the inspection.
4) A re-inspection fee of $35.00 will be due if the scheduled inspection does not meet code requirements or for failure to properly cancel your inspection.
5) Approved plans shall remain on the job site at all times.

A. Permit Number
B. Contractor Name/Owner
C. Job Address
D. Type of Inspection
