Payments are processed by Automated Merchant Systems. There is a fixed fee of $3.75 per transaction. Transactions are limited to $500 each, but there is no limit to the number of transactions you can make. Payments made before 10 p.m. will be posted to your Town of Herndon account the following business day. Town of Herndon Water and Sewer customers now have the option to use the electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment program to pay their water and sewer bill. The EFT payment program could benefit you in several ways:

This deposit will be applied to your final bill when you move out or will be applied to the quarterly billing after 5 years of good payment history, whichever comes first.
