Water and Sewer
On Line Water/Sewer payments, click here.
This option pays your water/sewer bills immediately by using your credit card once your pin number is established. There is a service fee.
Instructions for online water payments:
1) Click here
2) Create PIN, when first time user (option on left side)
3) Put in account number exactly as printed on water/sewer bill, including - hyphen
4) Put in cycle number as indicated on bill (hyphen is not required)
5) Click the submit button
6) Provide a PIN and fill in requested information
7) A link will be sent to your email address; then click on this link to process initial payment
8) Once PIN is established, you may pay your water/sewer by credit card at your convenience
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payment Program
EFT is a simple way to pay your bill automatically from your bank account. Participation is free.
Here are the steps:
1) Complete the application for Automatic Recurring Bank Draft form. Click here to access the form.
2) Mail the form, along with a voided check, to:

E-Notification
Town of Herndon water and sewer customers now have the option of bill notification by e-mail. To sign up for this service please contact water and sewer department at utilities@herndon-va.gov and provide your account number and valid e-mail address.
