Report a Problem
Notice a pothole that needs fixing, or a broken street sign in your neighborhood or a potential zoning violation? You can now make requests via the town's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, designed to better track and respond to citizen requests for service.
If you notice a problem that needs attention, contact us via the CRM online application. When you submit a request with your valid email address you can log back into the system at any time, 24 hours a day, and check the status (Open, In Progress, or COMPLETE) of your request.
PLEASE NOTE: The CRM application is NOT compatible with old versions of Internet Explorer (6.0 or less). Please make sure your web browser is up to date before attempting to submit a request via the CRM online application.

Currently, the CRM system handles requests to the Department of Public Works (DPW) and Zoning Enforcement division of Community Development (CD). Please use the following contacts to report problems not related to services provided by DPW or Zoning Enforcement:
