Diamond-Herndon Hotel Application
On October 14, 2008, the Town Council adopted a resolution to renew the motion to adopt the ordinance to approve the Diamond Hotel rezoning application for possible action on November 11, 2008.
Town Council approved the revised zoning map amendment on November 11, 2008. The approved Ordinance is provided below for your reference.
