  • Develop and implement systems for training, program accommodations, and support for campers with a wide range of disabilities. Includes communication with parents, working directly with children in a camp setting, and handling behavior issues
  • Must be able to work with a wide variety of populations
  • Must enjoy working with children and have strong customer service skills. Will provide direct support to campers and staff in an effort to provide a more inclusive and welcoming environment


  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Educational background in special education, therapeutic recreation, physical education or related field preferred
