Staff is working with Urban Design Associates to complete the Landscaping Chapter, which includes the open space and streetscape guidelines, and the Sign Chapter. These final chapters will be reviewed by the ARB, Planning Commission, and Town Council. Adoption anticipated for Summer 2018.
Update to the town-wide Streetscape Guidelines
Staff is finalizing new Streetscape Guidelines that would regulate the designs and specifications for streetscapes town-wide. the Downtown Streetscape chapter of this new document was already adopted. The remaining chapters will be reviewed by the ARB and Planning Commission, and adopted by the Town Council. Adoption anticipated for Summer 2018.
