A summary of comparable features between the concepts:  

Concept #1:

- Small right turn lane on eastbound Elden Street
- Dedicated left turn lane on northbound Center Street
- Larger corner radius on southeast corner
- Stop bar on southbound Center Street pushed back to accommodate preservation of tree

Concept #2:

- Shared thru and right turn lane on eastbound Elden Street
- Combined thru, right and left turn lane on northbound Center Street
- Larger corner radius on southeast corner
- Stop bar southbound Center Street pushed back to accommodate preservation of tree

Concept #3:

- Small right turn lane on eastbound Elden Street
- Tighter turning radii
- Dedicated left turn lane on northbound Center Street
- Removal of existing tree at the northeast corner
- Stop bar on southbound Center Street in usual position
