One-on-One Personal Training offers the most customizable exercise experience unique to you! Our highly experienced trainers will create a fitness plan designed with your goals and results in mind.
Drop-In Exercise is part of your admission benefit! BODYPUMP, ZUMBA, and many others are part of your multi-visit or daily visit pass.
Small Group Training Classes are led by certified personal trainers in a semi-private training studio; class sizes range from 4-10 people and offer a shared personal training experience at an affordable price.
Stretch, Bend and Become Zen in one of our Wellness Classes.
Our Fitness Room is equipped with state of the art cardio and strength equipment.
Youth Programs offer orientation and training for age 12-15.

Park & Stream Clean-Up
BRING WORK GLOVES AND WEAR SUITABLE CLOTHING. Meet at the main entrance of Runnymede Park. Teams will be assigned to areas in the park or other parks in the Town. You can make a big difference in a short amount of time in a team effort! Also a great opportunity for kids to earn those community service hours. The shred event will take place at Runnymede Park 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. It’s a free event and everyone is welcome.
