Small Group Training Schedule and Registration

Looking for something else? Work in a one-one-one personal training setting, enjoy the flexibility of drop-in classes or working out on your own in our well-equipped Fitness Room. If you’re between the age of 12-15, check out our youth programs.

The studio is open to those enrolled in a Small Group Training class or working with a personal trainer. Senior discounts do not apply to Small Group Training.  As a courtesy to instructors and clients, please do not enter a class more than 10 minutes late.
