DUTIES:

  • Assist Performing Arts Supervisor to produce talent and entertainment for Herndon Festival.  
  • Tracks and manage details and logistics, prepare contracts, update website
  • Serve as production manager at event
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Requires strong communication skills and customer service focus with diverse groups of people.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  •  Excellent verbal and written communications skills, detail oriented.

 

HOURS:

  • 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Flexible planning hours (MON - FRI)
  • Average 20 hours per week, must work during Herndon Festival May 30 - June 2
