DUTIES:

  • Provide quality customer service to patrons of the Herndon Community Center 
  • Provide information to customers regarding classes, programs, events, etc.
  • Process registrations, collect fees for program registrations, pass sales and daily admissions
  • Assist with birthday parties and Kid Care. Provide clerical support to the administrative staff

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess strong communication and customer service skills with adults and children
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent, cash handling experience, keyboarding skills and proficiency with computers
  • Knowledge of recreation programs, first aid and CPR is preferred

HOURS:

  • 15 - 20 hours per week, to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Some weekday, daytime shifts may also be available

LOCATION:

  • Herndon Community Center, 814 Ferndale Avenue
