Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Schedule, Town of Herndon

HERNDON, January 7, 2026 – Town of Herndon government offices and services will be impacted by the Martin Luther King Jr.  holiday, Monday, January 19, as follows:

Town Offices
Closed Monday, January 19

Recycling Collection
Recycling will not be collected. Recycling normally collected on Monday will be collected Tuesday, January 20.

Herndon Community Center
Closed Monday, January 19

Bready Park Tennis Center
Closed Monday, January 19

Herndon Centennial Golf Course         
Open 8am – 5pm
