The Town has established a Public Tree Fund to individuals, businesses, and organizations to contribute towards the planting of public trees within the Town of Herndon.

How it Works

Donations can be provided in person or by-mail to the Department of Community Development.  Donations should be accompanied with the donors name(s), contact information, and any specific information associated with the reason for the donation.    

Once provided, a letter of receipt and recognition will be issued by the Town Manager.  Further recognition is given on the fund's dedicated webpage and by the town at its annual Arbor Day event.
