Overview

The Downtown Early Action Plan is being developing in concert with the Herndon 2050 Comprehensive Plan.  It will serve as a small area plan for downtown Herndon with policy direction and land use guidance for future development in that area.  The plan will be written by consultants in coordination with town staff and is steered by the Downtown Early Action Plan Committee comprised of downtown business owners and residents.

How to Get Involved

Updates will be provided on this webpage throughout the project and there will be several opportunities to review draft materials and provide your input at either public meetings/workshops or through online surveys.  Feedback can also be provided anytime by emailing community-development@herndon-va.gov.
