Overview 

The Herndon 2050 Plan will be the Town's next Comprehensive Plan and is intended to guide all land use decisions upon adoption until the year 2050.  This will be public driven process and will commence in the Fall of 2025.  A team of staff and consultants will manage the plan development, the Planning Commission will serve as the steering committee, and the public will be actively engaged beginning to end.  A project website will be established and linked from this page however this page will also provide up to date information on the project, the process, and the opportunities for input.  Check back for updates.
