Overview

This Plan was developed to encourage and allow infill and redevelopment within the area shown on the map in the attached plan document.  Under the provisions of this plan, properties may be rezoned in certain areas in accordance with certain criteria to allow for increased densities and the introduction of residential uses.  Subsequent to plan adoption, a new zoning district was created in support of plan objectives.  To date, one project has been construct under the provisions of this small area plan.
