Overview

Herndon is currently reviewing its housing policies and evaluating the available and feasible options for retaining, securing, and creating diverse housing to meet the need within Town.  A consultant has been retained to assist with a housing study intended to collect and assess current housing characteristics in the Town and available regulatory options that may be available and beneficial to the town as it develops housing strategies. 

HOUSING STUDY SURVEY OPEN! PUBLIC INPUT WANTED!

Herndon residents are invited and encouraged to complete the survey linked below.  The questions in the survey will help local leaders to better understand public opinions about the housing affordability, needs, and a vision for the future.  The survey should take about five minutes to complete.
