The Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance sets the land use and zoning regulation for the Town.. Development standards and administration policies are included within these regulatory documents.  

The Subdivision Ordinance is Chapter 70 of Town Code.  Chapter 78 is the Zoning Ordinance.
