Whether you are new to the game or looking for ways to improve, Herndon Centennial offers a variety of different lesson programs, as well as private and group lessons. Our PGA professionals are here to provide you with excellent instruction, tailored to meet your specific needs and abilities.

 

Private Lessons

Lessons will focus on all aspects of the game to suit your individual needs.

Adult Group Classes

Classes will focus on the fundamentals of the full swing, chipping and putting in a fun and relaxing environment.

  • Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. on June 14, 21, 28, July 12 & 19

 All beginner and intermediate golfer’s welcome

  • 5 hours of instruction over five sessions
  • Rental clubs if needed
  • 2 free twilight rounds of golf
  • Classes limited to 6 people

Junior Summer Camps

Camps will focus on the fundamentals of the full swing, chipping and putting as well as the rules and etiquette of the game in a fun environment.

$210                            3 hours each day

Dates:

  • Camp # 1: June 24-26         8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Camp # 2: July 15-17          8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Girls Camp: July 8-10          8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

 

  • Introduction to the game of golf
  • Open to kids ages 6-16
  • 9 hours of instruction over 3 days
  • Rental clubs if needed
  • On course rules demonstration
  • On course play

Specialty Events

Golf Rules and Etiquette Classes

Tired of other people correcting you on the golf course?  Hone your golf knowledge and etiquette with our rules and etiquette class!  Each class will cover the same material.

$30.00 per person           1 hour

Dates:    June 13th     6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

                June 27th    6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

                July 11th      6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
