Personal Training

Group Exercise Classes
Small Group Training classes combine the individual attention and customized programming of one-on-one personal training, with the energy and motivation of group classes. New class sessions are offered monthly.
We are now offering Drop-In classes for ages 16 & up. You can pay to attend or use an HCC admission pass. Space may be limited in the case of any necessary class size restrictions or equipment limitations. Admission is on a first-come basis
Body Sculpt & Abs is on Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-8:00am; Saturdays from 9:00-10:00am
ZUMBA is on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm and on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00am.
Aqua Pound is on Thursdays from 7:45-8:30pm.
State-of-the-art workout area loaded with a variety of cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
