• Q:Can I join a small group class in the middle of the session?

  A:

  Late registration is allowed only upon trainer approval. Please contact the Fitness Supervisor to coordinate 703-435-6800 x2132.

• Q:Do my personal training sessions expire?

  A: Yes, personal training sessions expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Q:What is the personal training refund policy?

  A:

  There are no refunds on personal training.

• Q:What is the personal training session cancelation policy?

  A:

  Our trainers are here by appointment only and are compensated for their time only when they train. As is industry standard, unless there is an emergency, please give your trainer 24 hour cancelation notice. In the event ample notice is not provided, the session is forfeited. 

• Q:Why can’t I purchase personal training online?

  A:

  Because our Fitness department is small compared to commercial gyms, we schedule directly with you to ensure there is trainer availability that fits your schedule.
