Celebrating made easy! Our swim parties are perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, team celebrations, and more!
We offer swim party packages. You can book a basic party which includes 75 minutes of the pool time and 1 hour in the party room or a Plus Party which includes the basic party items plus drinks and paper goods. Packages are for up to 15 kids. Please see the application below for more information.
Just the Basics Swim Party Package $110.00
Swim Party Plus Package $135.00
Please note that parties are only available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Party times are not guaranteed until they are confirmed. Approvals can take several days.
HCC Swim Party Application and Contract
This form is processed through Adobe Sign. After you complete the application you will receive an email from "Adobe Sign adobesign@adobesign.com" requesting your email confirmation which is a clickable link. Once you have confirmed your email you will receive another email. Your submitted application is attached to this email and you do not have to open the agreement by clicking the link "Open agreement" from "Town of Herndon IT via Adobe Acrobat Sign adobesign@adobesign.com".
