BEFORE APPLYING, PLEASE NOTE:

• All reservations are subject to final approval by the Parks & Recreation Department.
• All rentals are restricted to a maximum duration of 5 hours and must end before dusk.
• Restroom facilities, grills, and electricity are not available in all park locations.
• Payment must be made in full at time of reservation for online picnic shelter applications.

*Reservations are not guaranteed. If your reservation cannot be accommodated, a full refund will be provided.  A full refund may be issued if the rental is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the reserved date. If the rental is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the reserved date, a refund of 50% of the original cost may be issued. No refund will be provided for any rental canceled within 2 weeks of the reserved date. Refunds are not provided for events cancelled due to inclement weather. A rescheduled date may be provided as available.
