Park & Stream Cleanup – Give Back to Your Community!

Help keep Herndon beautiful this spring by joining our annual Park & Stream Cleanup. Volunteers will work throughout the morning to care for one of Herndon’s eleven parks or three trails.

Meet at Runnymede Park to receive supplies and assignments before heading out to your designated area.

Volunteer Activities May Include:

• Picking up litter

• Removing non-native invasive plants

• General park and trail cleanup

• Refreshing natural areas as we head into spring

This event is a great opportunity for:

• Corporate or school community service

• Team bonding

• Scout projects

• Family volunteer activities

Please dress for outdoor work. Long pants, closed-toed shoes, and gloves are recommended.
