Turkey Trot 5K – A Herndon Tradition

Ages 4 & Up | Cross-Country Style | Herndon Community Center
Celebrate the season with one of Herndon’s favorite fall traditions—the Turkey Trot 5K! This community cross-country style race welcomes runners of all levels to enjoy a scenic route, friendly competition, and festive post-race fun.
Race Highlights:

Open to ages 4 and up

Must complete the 5K in 45 minutes or less

First 400 pre-registered runners receive a long-sleeve race T-shirt

Prizes awarded to 1st and 2nd place finishers in the following age groups:
10 & under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70 & over -
Overall male and female winners receive a turkey and all the trimmings

Runners age 21+ will receive a gift card from Aslin Beer Company after the race
