General Meeting Information:

Town Council, and boards, commissions, and ad hoc committee meetings are held at 7:00 pm in the Herndon Council Chambers Building, 765 Lynn Street, Herndon, unless otherwise indicated.
Town Council regular meetings and work sessions, and regular meetings of the Town's Standing Boards and Commissions, are live streamed through the CivicClerk Portal, on Herndon Community Television (HCTV) livestream https://hctv.org/live/, and on Cox Channel 23 and Verizon Channel 28.
On-Demand Video is available through the CivicClerk Portal.
Public comment may be given in-person at regular meetings, provided by sending an email (please include your street address), submitting this form, or by postal mail to the Town Clerk's Office.
Comments must be received by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting in order to be included as part of the meeting record.
