Notary Services for Town Residents (By Appointment Only)
The Town Clerk's Office provides limited notary services for residents of the Town of Herndon by appointment on Mondays, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Before scheduling an appointment, please contact the Town Clerk's Office at least one week in advance to confirm that your document can be accommodated. Certain types of documents, including wills, vital records, photo identification documents, passports and visas, employment verification forms, and court-issued documents, cannot be accommodated.
