FREE Fitness Room Orientation

Get to know the Fitness Room better! Our Fitness staff will teach you the proper use of our cardio machines, free weights, Cybex circuit, and other fitness equipment.  Our goal is to help you become familiar with and comfortable in the Fitness Room. Age Requirements

The Fitness Room may be enjoyed by all adults age 16 & older.

Teens between the ages of 12 & 15 must attend one of our Free Teen Fitness Orientations in order to be eligible for use. Upon completion, a Youth Fitness I.D. will be issued as proof of eligibility.

In addition to the orientation, youths age 12 & 13 must be directly supervised at all times by a parent/guardian while working out in the Fitness Room.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Fitness Room.
