Sarah is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and studying as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant. She is deeply passionate about inspiring and empowering simple, sustainable wellness through healthy diet, positive lifestyle changes, and guided support. She believes well-being and vitality are for everyone, and it doesn't have to be confusing or complicated. Sarah focuses on helping clients achieve their health goals as a vehicle to leading happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives both on and off the plate.

Sarah is offering a variety of new classes starting this Fall centered around nutrition and healthy living. Some featured classes include beginner cooking classes, monthly themed classes, and small group coaching.

Cooking for Health

Want to learn how to cook healthy and satisfying food for you and your loved ones? Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard. Learn how to prepare simple, easy, affordable and delicious recipes to start cooking healthy at home. We will learn to make healthy 30 minute dinners, easy lunches for work, smoothies for health and much more!

Starts September 7, 2019.  Meets every other Saturday: 9/7, 9/21, 10/5, 10/19, 11/2, 11/16, 12/7.

Healthy for Life: Adult Small Group Coaching

Ready to transform your health for good? In this course, we dive deep and learn all about healthy eating, lifestyle improvements, goal setting and making change stick, all in a small group setting. You’ll receive both group and individual coaching, health demos and field trips, actionable steps to implement after each class and the support and encouragement of your group along the way. Kickstart to Health Series

These month long series each dive deep into different topics for better health and well-being. Held in a small group setting you receive relevant handouts, recommendations and recipes, easy action plans to implement, group coaching, support and more. All classes in the Health Series meet on Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00 PM.

SEPTEMBER: Clean Eating for Beginners
Learn the basics of eating clean and healthy. Each week we will dive into a different aspect of clean eating and how you can start to implement changes in your daily life to support your health and wellness through diet.
