How I can help you: My Zumba class is a fun alternative to cardio machines that incorporates Latin dance, different cultural dances around the world, and even toning exercises, such as squats! You will actually burn more calories and increase aerobic endurance by doing interval/intermittent training that Zumba offers ...because who wants to run on the treadmill for an hour?

Maribel's classes create a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who have previously hesitated to participate in group classes. At the same time, dancers and veteran exercisers thoroughly enjoy the change of pace—exercising in a healthy, fun, party-like environment. All students feel comfortable knowing that they can just go with the flow and enjoy a Zumba class and making them want to return again and again! ZUMBA is “exercise in disguise.” Participants have a blast and don’t even realize they’re exercising. One Love, One People, One World – let’s Bring The Beat !!!
