One-on-One or Partner Training offers a customized exercise experience unique to you! Our experienced trainers will create a fitness plan designed with your goals in mind & help guide you on your fitness journey.
We have 25+ classes a week, and they're included as part of your admission benefit! BODYPUMP, ZUMBA, & BODYCOMBAT - plus other freestyle classes are part of your multi-visit or daily visit pass.
Small Group Training Classes
Taught by certified personal trainers in our dedicated training studio. These registration-based classes are limited to 10 people - offering a shared personal training experience at an affordable price. Use our fitness classification levels to help you find the small group classes best suited for your abilities & goals.
Stretch, Bend and Become Zen in one of our Wellness Classes. You'll find a variety of Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Barre, and QiGong for all ages and abilities.
Our workout area is loaded with variety of state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment and strength training equipment. Includes weight machines, functional trainers, free weights & racks, dumbbells, kettlebells and more! Check out the admission fees and passes.
We offer sport-readiness training with a Certified Strength Coach for ages 12-18, and free fitness orientations are available for youth wishing to use the Fitness Room.
