Youth Sports Training is growing in popularity at HCC and our participants are seeing great results. Long term athletic success is based on a combination of talent, hard work and passion. Kids age 12-18 should be involved in a training program that teaches good workout habits, instills discipline and consistency in training, yet lets the kids have fun and fuels their passion for sport. If you have questions about our Youth Sports Training, contact Coach Trey Simkins at: 703-435-6800 x2127 or email trey.simkins@herndon-va.gov
