NOTE BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE FORM: ALL OF THE TOWN VENUES ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, NO PRIVATE EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. Please have your IRS Determination Letter, IRS Form 990, and your Detailed Proposed Budget ready to attach. Each file must be under 5MB.
When completing the Application, please make sure that everything is exact or a close approximation. All details provided are used in consideration of donation approval. Submission of this form does not mean your event or donation has been approved. Please allow at least five business days to process your application.
