Application Process

Applicants will submit Site Plans, Safety & Security Plans, and Set-up/Clean-up Plans along with the application. There is an application fee. Applicants are responsible for procuring the necessary permits and insurance documents for their event. There is a 50% deposit due upon signing the contract. Please familiarize yourself with all the submission requirements below:

FULL AGREEMENT & CONTRACT

The full agreement between the Applicant and the Town of Herndon will be captured in the Downtown Event Contract which will be drafted following the approval of the application. All financial obligations, to include any authorizations by Town Council will be outlined.
No other agreement between the parties shall be valid.
