RENTAL RATES

The fees for use of town facilities are as follows ("hour" means a whole or part of an hour):

SERVICE FEES
Requests for town services may or may not be approved. Fees will also be assessed for custodial services, facility rental charges and security requirements. If fees apply, Applicant will receive an estimate of costs. The town will take every measure to provide an accurate estimate. However, if the estimate differs from the actual cost, the Applicant must pay the actual cost at the end of an event.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
A $50 non-refundable application fee is due at the time the application is submitted. Your application will not be processed until the payment is received.

Reference payment of the Downtown Event Application fee and the name of your event.
We no longer accept payment over the phone.
